Healing Breeze? - Guild Wars Forums

I cannot seem to find where to train healing breeze and am wondering if it has a level requirement, or a quest of some sort.

If anyone knows where/how to train it, please do tell

Umm certain trainers at certain town teach certain skills. So in other words some skills can only be found at one or 2 towns.

Here is the list of what skills can be found at what towns.

As far as I know, it cannot currently be bought at any skill trainers. However, for primary monks, it's obtained in the starter quest in pre-searing now, and it is capturable from skeletal monk bosses in Gates of Kryta and D'Alessio Seaboard.
